Funeral Wakes and Celebration of Life Packages
Our dedicated Event Planning Team is committed to easing your burden by taking care of all the intricate details, allowing you to cherish every precious moment of this significant occasion.
Our inclusive packages start from £18 per person, plus room hire charge and includes:
- Complimentary room hire for guests of 70+ in our Buttercross Suite
- Memorial table for photographs and flowers
- Projector, screen, and microphone available if required
- State-of-the-art sound system*
- Tea and coffee on arrival
- Buffet (hot and/or cold options available)
- White table linens
- Preferential accommodation rates for guests
- Easily accessible location
- Ample free parking
Room Hire Charge
We offer a choice of private rooms to suit the size and style of your gathering:
- Garden Room - £100 Room Hire Charge
- Reading Room – £200 Room Hire Charge
- Buttercross Suite – £300 Room Hire Charge
Complimentary room hire when catering for 50+ guests in the Reading Room, or 70+ guests in the Buttercross Suite.
Room suitability will depend on guest numbers and availability, and our team will be happy to guide you on the most appropriate space.
We also have a range of local suppliers we can recommend to add those thoughtful touches to your event.

A non-refundable deposit is required to book your funeral wake or celebration of life with final numbers, food choice, dietaries, and remaining balance required no later than 2 days before the funeral wake or celebration of life.
*State-of-the-art sound system is available for events held in The Buttercross Suite only.
