A 3-Course Festive Feast
Enjoy a delicious 3-course Christmas Lunch with all the trimmings, including pigs in blankets, apricote and sage stuffing, redcurrant and rosemary jus, and, of course, a wide selection of seasonal vegetables.
Choose from classic turkey or a rump of lamb, or perhaps something less traditional but as equally as delicious like our aubergine and tomato stuffed mediterranean jambalaya served with creme de barry sauce.
At Stallingborough Grange, everyone can enjoy Christmas Lunch with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dining options across all 3 courses. Pair the French onion, herb crostini and chive oil soup with the rump of lamb served with apricot and sage stuffing, pulled lamb faggot and redcurrant and rosemary jus for a scrumptious seasonal serving, finishing with a flavoursome steamed Lincolnshire carrot Christmas pudding with orange and brandy custard for the ultimate Christmas Lunch.
