Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake maintenance tasks within the hotel and grounds to ensure the property is well-maintained.
• Assess and rectify problems related to plumbing, decorating, and other maintenance issues.
• Conduct gardening duties to enhance the appearance of the grounds.
• Ensure cleanliness and immaculate condition of the hotel grounds.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to maintaining high standards and resolving issues promptly.

Position Details and Work Schedule:

• Part-Time Role: 15-20 hours split over 3 – 4 days per week with flexible working hours.

• Ability to adapt to varying maintenance and groundskeeping schedules and demands.
