Our all-inclusive package and dedicated Event Planning Team mean we do all the hard work for you, leaving you to enjoy every minute of your special celebration!

Our inclusive packages start from £24 per person, plus room hire charge and includes:

• Room hire until 11pm in our Private Dining Room and Garden Room
• Room hire until midnight in our Buttercross Suite
• State-of-the-art sound system*
• Dancefloor**
• Buffet or three-course meal
• White table linens 
• Preferential accommodation rates for party guests
• Easily accessible location
• Ample free parking

A DJ and/or disco is available at an additional charge. We also have a range of local suppliers we can recommend to add those extra special touches to your celebration. 

Room Hire Charge

We offer a choice of private rooms to suit the size and style of your gathering:

• Garden Room - £100 Room Hire Charge
• Reading Room – £200 Room Hire Charge
• Buttercross Suite – £300 Room Hire Charge

Complimentary room hire when catering for 50+ guests in the Reading Room, or 70+ guests in the Buttercross Suite.

A non-refundable deposit is required to book your event with final numbers, food choice, dietaries, and remaining balance required no later than 2 days before the event.
